Purchases and Subscriptions
In Kazan Kazan you are not limited to earning FreeByte from games and campaigns. Depending on the options offered in the app, you can buy FreeByte or use paid services such as Premium Membership (Avantaj Kulübü).
Can I buy FreeByte?
Yes. You can buy from the FreeByte options on sale in the app. Once your purchase is complete, the FreeByte you bought is credited to your account and ready to use.
Can I get a refund for FreeByte I bought?
FreeByte is digital content; once payment is complete, it is credited to the user’s account and made available for use.
Under the current User Agreement, the fact that purchased FreeByte has not been used does not on its own give a right to a refund. Mandatory refund rights under applicable law are reserved.
Does Premium Membership (Avantaj Kulübü) renew automatically?
Yes. Premium Membership renews periodically and the subscription fee is charged unless the user cancels it.
You can cancel your subscription in the app. After you cancel, your membership continues until the next renewal date.
If I cancel Premium Membership (Avantaj Kulübü), do I get a refund?
Cancelling your subscription does not mean you automatically get a refund for the unused part of the current subscription period. The provisions of the User Agreement and your rights under applicable law apply.
