Terms of Use

1 GB Mobile Application (“Application”) is a mobile application service offered by 1 GB APP COMPANY DMCC (hereinafter referred to as “1 GB APP”).
 By starting to use the 1 GB Mobile Application, you accept, declare and undertake that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms of Use and the rules stated herein. Users who do not accept all of these terms and conditions should not use the services offered through the application.
A. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION AND SERVICES

1. FreeByte Accumulation Wallet

2.  “FreeByte” is a digital point that can be loaded onto a virtual wallet and in return can be exchanged for a mobile promotional product by the user.

3.  The 1 GB Mobile Application allows FreeBytes earned or purchased from different media and channels to be accumulated in a wallet within the application and for these points to be converted into mobile promotional products.

4.  The content, type, and amount of promotional products to which FreeBytes in the Wallet can be converted are determined and may be changed by 1 GB APP.

5.  The usage period and conditions of promotional products converted from FreeBytes are determined by the relevant third parties.

6.  Users are required to read the conditions of the relevant promotional product before making a conversion.

7.  The usage period of FreeBytes transferred to the Wallet is 1 year.

8.  FreeBytes that are not used within 1 year will lose their validity.

9. Premium Membership

10.  Premium Membership consists of paid monthly subscription options and will automatically renew unless canceled by the user.

11.  The subscription is initiated by tapping the “Become Premium” section within the application.

12.  iOS users initiate the subscription through Apple, while Android users initiate it through Google Play.

13.  The subscription renews every month and fees are charged unless canceled.

14.  Premium advantages are determined by 1 GB APP, which has the right to modify or remove them at any time.

Important Notes:
 • Deleting the application from your phone does not cancel the subscription.
 • Apple users: You can cancel from Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions.
 • Android users: You can cancel from Google Play > Payments and Subscriptions.
 • Even if the subscription is canceled, advantages can be used until the end of the period.
 • No refund for remaining days.

2.  The total FreeBytes earned by users within certain periods are ranked.

3.  The top 5 users who earn the most FreeBytes receive an extra FreeByte reward.

4. Answer and Win

5.  It is a quiz game played with PLY tokens.

6.  Users who give the correct answer win FreeBytes or gifts.

7.  The usage period of the FreeBytes earned: 1 year.

8. FreeByte Wheel

9.  Played with PLY tokens.

10.  Users can win between 50–50,000 FreeBytes by spinning the wheel.

11.  FreeBytes not used within 1 year will become invalid.

12. Jump and Win

13.  Played with PLY tokens.

14.  FreeBytes are won with each successful jump.

15.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

16. Get Close to Win

17.  It is a game in which randomly matched users make information guesses.

18.  The closer guess wins FreeBytes.

19.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

20. Shoot and Win

21.  It is a mini football game for two players.

22.  FreeBytes are won after each successful pass.

23.  In case of a tie, FreeBytes are split equally.

24.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

25. Stop and Win

26.  When the user presses the “Stop” button, they win the amount of FreeBytes on the screen.

27.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

28. Who Wants FreeBytes?

29.  It is a game based on general knowledge questions.

30.  The top 3 users with the highest earnings at the end of the month receive extra rewards.

31.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

32. No Empty Spaces

33.  It is a game where FreeBytes are won by selecting from three cups.

34.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

35. FreeByte Transfer

36.  Users can transfer FreeBytes in their Wallets to other users.

37.  Phone number and amount must be specified.

38.  1 GB APP has the right to charge a commission on the transfer.

39.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

40. Invite and Win

41.  The user earns FreeBytes from people who come to the application via the invitation link.

42.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

43. Win on the Road

44.  It is a game where FreeBytes are won by driving a vehicle.

45.  Collecting power-up fuel increases the winnings.

46.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

47. Catch Happiness

48.  FreeBytes are won by popping blue balloons.

49.  Popping a red balloon or dropping a blue balloon ends the game.

50.  Winnings are valid for 1 year.

51. Special Terms of Use for 1 GB Card Holders

52.  Cardholders can participate in games with FreeBytes and tokens assigned to their cards.

53.  These FreeBytes and tokens are valid in the Wallet for 1 year.

B. USER UNDERTAKING
 The sale of FreeBytes for money is prohibited.
 FreeBytes that cannot be earned due to technical malfunctions can be credited after review if there is no user error.
C. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
 Users can access details regarding the purposes of processing personal data from the privacy policy.
D. COMMUNICATION OF REQUESTS
 Requests regarding personal data can be communicated through the specified communication channels and will be answered within 30 days.
