1 GB APP COMPANY DMCC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values your personal data as a data controller. We aim to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data by taking all technical and administrative measures in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and relevant other legislation.
DEFINITIONS
 Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
 Special Categories of Personal Data: Data related to a person's race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect, other beliefs, clothing, membership in associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data.
 Data Controller: The person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
 Data Subject: The natural person whose personal data is processed.
 Processing of Personal Data: Any operation performed on personal data such as collection, recording, storage, safeguarding, alteration, disclosure, transfer, classification, or prevention of use, through automated or non-automated means.
 Application: The mobile application named “1 GB” that can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store.
 User: The natural person who downloads the application and benefits from the service in accordance with the terms of use.
PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSES, AND LEGAL REASONS
Identity Information (Name, Surname):
 Processed for the purpose of evaluating, responding to, and managing inquiries, requests, suggestions, complaints, and applications sent by users, as well as providing application services and conducting communication activities. This processing is necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract. In necessary cases, it can also be processed for the purposes of establishing, using, or protecting a right. There may be situations where explicit consent is required.
Contact Information (Email, Phone):
 Processed for the provision of application services, management of communication processes, tracking of contractual processes, and evaluation of user requests. The processing activity is related to the establishment and performance of the contract. It can also be processed for the establishment or protection of a right when necessary. There may be situations where explicit consent is required.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
 Your personal data may be shared with our affiliates, business partners, customers, suppliers, attorneys, audit firms, or legally authorized public institutions to the extent necessary for the execution of contractual processes. Transfers are limited to the purposes specified in this document and will be made in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK with your explicit consent when necessary.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHOD
 Your personal data is collected through information and documents you provide during your use of the application, through automated or semi-automated means, in accordance with the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
 You have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• Request information regarding if it has been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

• Learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete processed data,

• Request the deletion or destruction of your data in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK,

• Request notification of the transactions made regarding your personal data to third parties,

• Object in the event that a situation arises against you as a result of the analysis of your data solely by automated systems,

• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

Applications are free of charge; however, there may be cases where a fee is required in accordance with the tariff set by the KVKK Board.
